This is the most efficient way to handle technical and maintenance requests, and helps us maintain a high level of customer service.
Helpdesk support is subject to a rate of $60/hour. Existing clients are billed at the end of every month for time used during the month.
If you are not an existing client, please include your phone number so that we may contact you directly to arrange payment. Support can be performed for new clients after an initial consultation and receipt of a retainer or deposit. The amount of the retainer or deposit will be related to the type of support requested.
