Faith Fund offers individuals and organizations a range of investment opportunities to support its community development mission:

Investment capital expands Faith Fund’s loan capital pool, which provides financing for affordable housing, microenterprise and small business development, and community facilities.

Permanent capital increases Faith Fund’s equity capital, thus allowing long-term investment at lower than market rates for projects in areas needing a certain level of risk to leverage additional investment from more conservative sources.

Operating grants support Faith Fund’s day-to-day operations and build institutional capacity that expands its effectiveness and impact.
Support from the philanthropic community allows Faith Fund to conduct pre-development market studies that tailor its products to specific market needs. Foundations can also cover the cost of technical assistance, a necessary up front investment in community development initiatives and micro-enterprises that reduces the level of risk of such loans.
