What We Do

Faith Fund works with borrowers to bring capital into communities in ways that are sound, yet creative and flexible, and in ways that provide a return for our investors. We provide technical assistance in every case, making sure that our borrowers understand their transactions. We also provide organizational assistance to ensure that borrowers can use their capital wisely and succeed in their goals. Faith Fund develops creative loan products based on market need. As a small shop, we are able to target micro-markets and understand particular borrower needs, like small businesses along a specific commercial corridor, or potential homeowners within a specific school district. Everything we do, we do in partnership. From our investors to local banks, other nonprofits and CDFIs, Faith Fund welcomes the opportunity to create leverage in our field.
